Interested in joining T.I.P. and working with other positive teen girls as they invest in their futures to become productive leaders?
Potential members are required to complete a T.I.P. application, provide three references, and an interview with one of the T.I.P. staff members. In addition, potential members will need to submit documentation, such as a free or reduced lunch statement, to verify the family’s low to mid-income status. There is an annual fee of $25 per member (waivers issued upon availability), in which T.I.P. advises potential members to seek sponsors from their community and family members.These funds will be used to offset program expenses.

Our Vision
The vision is to provide young girls with a safe, healthy environment to strengthen, help empower and teach them to become effective change agents in their own lives and in the lives of others; providing them with the very thing they desire and need in life…structure, love, and guidance for added balance.

What makes T.I.P. unique is that it is designed to grow future leaders over the course of their high school years. Upon enrollment the T.I.P. staff is committed to leading, empowering, monitoring, and developing its members through adolescence and into their young adult years.
Enrollment is limited and occurs throughout the year. Once a T.I.P. member completes the program, upon graduating from high school, an enrollment opening becomes available. T.I.P. Graduates are encouraged to give back to future leaders as T.I.P. Alumnae staff.
