Who We Are
In 2003, Teens In Perspective, Inc. or T.I.P. began as a vision to impact the lives of young girls from underprivileged communities where multiple and various barriers such as poverty, drugs and violence, past hurts/ abuse, strained family relationships, low self-esteem, and lack of life skills hindered their growth and limited their opportunities.

What We Do
The vision is to provide young girls with a safe, healthy environment to strengthen, help empower and teach them to become effective change agents in their own lives and in the lives of others; providing them with the very thing they desire and need in life…structure, love, and guidance for added balance.
